1.Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Where do you ship? We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

1.2 How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous U.S. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

1.3 What are the estimated delivery timelines?

· Order Processing:  3–10 working days 

· Standard Delivery: 1-4weeks.

· 1.4 How are large items delivered? Large items (such as bathtubs and vanities) are delivered via LTL Freight (Curbside Delivery Only). The driver will unload the item at your curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the item into your residence.

 


 

2. Damages & The "48-Hour Rule"

2.1 How do I inspect my delivery? For freight shipments, you must inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is visibly broken, please write "Damaged" on the receipt and refuse the shipment.

2.2 What is the deadline for reporting issues? Any concealed damage, shortages, or missing parts must be reported to support@taborihome.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window will be denied.

 


 

3. Returns & Cancellations

3.1 What is the return window? You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once your RGA (Return Goods Authorization) is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.

3.2 What is the required condition for returns? Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with the original packaging. Installed or water-connected items are strictly non-returnable.

3.3 What fees apply to returns? All refunds are subject to a 3%–5% non-refundable transaction fee. Additionally, return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

3.4 Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. All cancellations are subject to the 3%–5% non-refundable transaction fee.

 


 

4. Product Disclaimers

4.1 Professional Installation Required Tabori Home strongly recommends that all products be installed by a licensed and insured professional plumber or contractor.

4.2 Labor & Secondary Damages Tabori Home is not liable for any labor costs, installation fees, or secondary damages (e.g., water damage, property damage) resulting from the use, installation, or delayed delivery of our products.

4.3 Measurement Variance Due to the nature of materials like ceramic and stone, dimensions may vary by ±1/2 inch. We recommend waiting until the product is on-site before making any permanent cuts to countertops or flooring.

5.1 What is this warning? WARNING: Products sold on this site, such as brass plumbing fixtures or ceramic items, may contain chemicals (including Lead or Nickel) known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

6.1 Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
