Shipping Policy

 

1.Shipping & Delivery Overview

 

At Tabori Home, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Our goal is to provide timely, reliable delivery for all bathroom products.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time 

 

2.1 Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team prepares your order for shipment. 

2.2 Processing time typically takes  3–10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2.3 After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 


 

3. Estimated Delivery Times 

 

3.1 Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): Delivery typically within 1-4weeks  from the shipment date.

 3.2 Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or non-contiguous U.S. territories.

 


 

4. Tracking Your Order 

 

4.1 You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4.2 Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

 


 

5. Expedited Shipping Options 

 

5.1 If faster delivery is needed, customers may choose expedited shipping at checkout (fees apply).

5.2 Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable even if you later return or cancel items.

 


 

6. Signature Requirement 

 

6.1 For high-value orders or large freight items, carriers may require a signature at delivery to ensure safe receipt.

 


 

7. Delivery Issues & Inspection (Crucial) 

 

7.1 Inspect on Delivery: Especially for large freight items (e.g., bathtubs, vanities), please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage is present, mark the receipt as “Damaged” and refuse the shipment.

7.2 48-Hour Reporting Rule: Any concealed damage or missing parts must be reported to support@taborihome.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will be denied.

 


 

8. Undelivered, Lost or Misdelivered Orders 

 

8.1 If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact us within 24 hours.

8.2 We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

 


 

9. Address Errors & Returned Packages 

 

9.1 If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. 

9.2 Additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

 


 

10. Shipping Carriers 

 

10.1 We partner with reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized freight (LTL) partners for large items. 

10.2 Freight deliveries are Curbside Only. Drivers are not responsible for moving items into your home.

 


 

11. Order Cancellations 

 

11.1 Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped.

11.2 Note: Per our policy, all cancellations are subject to a 3-5% non-refundable transaction fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 


 

12. Carrier Responsibility & Insurance 

 

12.1 Carriers are responsible for delivery. We strongly recommend customers ensure someone is available to receive shipments to prevent theft. 

12.2 For return shipping, we recommend purchasing insurance. Tabori Home is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
